01
Orders & Shipping
Orders leave the Paris atelier within 48 hours, Tuesday to Saturday. Standard delivery is 3–5 working days within Europe, 4–7 to the United States and 5–9 elsewhere. Express is next working day in Europe and 2–3 days worldwide.
Standard shipping is $18 and complimentary on orders over $250. Express is $38. Every parcel is tracked, insured and carbon-offset.
We ship to 62 countries. Duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout for the EU, UK, US, Canada, Australia, Japan and Singapore, so nothing is owed on delivery. Elsewhere, duties are payable to the carrier on arrival.
Write to client care within two hours of ordering and we will almost always catch it before the parcel leaves. After that, treat it as a return.
A tracking link is emailed the moment the label is printed. If nothing has arrived within 48 hours of ordering, check your spam folder before writing to us.
02
Returns & Exchanges
Sixty days from delivery, on anything unworn with its tags attached. Returns are free within the EU, UK and US; elsewhere a flat $15 is deducted from the refund.
A prepaid label is in the box. Repack the piece, attach the label, and hand it to any drop-off point. Refunds are issued within five working days of the parcel reaching us.
Yes — mark the exchange on the returns slip and we will hold your new size for fourteen days. If the size you want has sold out, we will refund you instead and tell you when it returns.
Final Cut pieces can be returned for store credit within thirty days. They cannot be refunded to the original payment method.
03
Sizing & Fit
Our apparel runs true to size with a relaxed line through the body. Where a piece is cut deliberately close or deliberately oversized, the product page says so under “Size & fit”.
| Size | UK | EU | US | Bust (cm) | Waist (cm) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| XS | 6 | 34 | 2 | 82 | 63 |
| S | 8 | 36 | 4 | 87 | 68 |
| M | 10 | 38 | 6 | 92 | 73 |
| L | 12 | 40 | 8 | 97 | 78 |
| XL | 14 | 42 | 10 | 102 | 83 |
Trousers are numbered 24–32, corresponding to the waist in inches. Inseams are listed on each product page; 29" is standard and 31" on the wide-leg cuts. Hems can be shortened free of charge at the Paris atelier.
For outerwear and knitwear, take the larger size; both are cut to layer. For tailoring and shirting, take the smaller — our blocks are already generous through the shoulder.
Yes, free for life on anything we made, at 14 Rue de Sévigné. Post your piece in and we will return it within ten working days at our expense.

Care & Repairs
Cold hand wash with a pH-neutral wool detergent, or a 30°C wool cycle for merino. Never wring. Dry flat, away from radiators. Wash less than you think — airing usually does it.
No. All natural fibres pill where they rub, and the softest cashmere pills most in the first few wears. Use a cashmere comb, never a razor, and it settles after three or four wears.
Wipe with a dry cloth and condition twice a year with a neutral balm. Expect it to darken — that patina is the material working as intended. Keep it out of prolonged rain and away from new denim.
Almost certainly. We repair anything we have made, free, for as long as the house exists — moth holes, seams, zips, linings, hardware. Write to client care with a photograph and we will send a prepaid label.

Products & Stock
Sometimes. Signature pieces — the Aubade coat, the Loire crewneck, the Poplin shirt — are reordered every season. Seasonal colourways are not. The product page tells you which is which.
Not mid-season. We produce in runs small enough to sell through. Whatever remains at the end of a season moves to Final Cut, reduced once and never restocked.
Across six ateliers in Italy, Scotland, Portugal, Spain and France. Every product page names the country of make and the mill or tannery the material came from.
Yes. The Paris atelier holds the full collection and is open Tuesday to Saturday, 11h–19h. Appointments are not required, but they mean someone is free to help you.
Still need a hand?
Client care answers every message within one working day, and the atelier telephone is answered Tuesday to Saturday, 11h–19h.
